Mahesh Babu’s ‘Khaleja’ doesn’t seem to have an easy ride! Besides the movie being in the shooting stage for two years now, the title still seems to be in controversy.

As known to all, the original ‘Khaleja’ title was registered by producer Vijay Bhaskar Reddy for a movie to be directed by debutant Subba Reddy. Yet director-writer Trivikram decided the same title for which producers Singanamala Ramesh and C Kalyan gave the nod.

After a cry from Vijay Bhaskar, the title of Mahesh Babu was changed to ‘Mahesh Khaleja’. Yet Vijay Bhaskar and his director are still not happy about the budge. Complaining about the choice of titles and demanding the interference of Film Chamber, Vijay Bhaskar spoke to a television channel about his position.

He went on to say that if a title was already chosen and the same title preceded with a hero’s name would be unfair. He even went on to argue the intention of the film chamber registering film titles. The producer and his director expect good news to follow!
